Please note that the exact day that your order was placed is the same day of the week that your order will repeat depending on the frequency that you chose. In some instances, due to specific delivery days for different area your order may repeat ahead of your first delivery but we will never over charge, that order would just be on hold till the following week for the next delivery.
If your repeat payment declines, our payment system will automatically keep retrying up to 10 times. If you don't wish to carry on with your fresh deliveries, please email us or simply 'Manage your subscription' via logging into your account.
