Can I choose my delivery day?

All of our deliveries are carried out every week from Tuesday to Friday. You can choose which day you would like your order to be delivered as long as our lovely little van is in your area that day. All that you need to do is order before midnight the night before (Recipe boxes before 4pm)  

Do I have to be home to receive my delivery?

No.  We take any special delivery instructions you may have so your driver can leave your order wherever you would like until you get home.

 

Can I choose what comes in my fruit & veg box?

The boxes listed have been specially created so that they change each week. Some boxes come with delicious recipes you will love that will also vary each week. If you would like to choose what you would like in your box instead just simply click on out ‘make your own’ option were you can choose individual items for your delivery. Or for our set boxes simply just put in the notes section that you don't like something and we would be happy to replace it with another of our fresh fruit & vegetables.

 

 Am I tied into a contract? What if I’m going on holiday?

You're not tied into or entered into a contract – your order can be a one off or if you choose our subscription option, you can stop your orders and cancel your account at any time. If you’re just going away, we make it easy plan ahead and skip your delivery on dates that you’re away.

 Do you think something is missing from your delivery?

Occasionally we have to make a change to your box contents because of the weather or yields. So first check that we haven’t substituted an item for something else. If something is missing, please let us know and we replace it free with your next delivery.

Is there a problem with quality?

We work super hard to bring you fresh, high quality produce. With fresh fruit and vegetables, the odd thing can inevitably go wrong. We try to catch any problems and grade out anything that is substandard or doesn't have enough shelf life which the staff get to take home! If you have a problem please let us know so that we can fix it and make sure it doesn't happen again.

Is our produce organic?

It isn't, we don't claim to be and our produce is either from our own family farm or from trusted suppliers so we can assure you that the absolute minimum pesticides are used and no traces are found in the products once it reaches you.

What if i need to know ingredients on the meat flavourings for allergy purposes?

Please do no hesitate to contact us and we will more than happily provide any information you need. Also all products are labelled up correctly with all ingredients for any extra flavourings.

Is there anything that we won't send outside of our local delivery area?

The only thing that we won't send outside our local area is eggs. We just don't want your delivery to arrive and appear to have had a smashing time! Everything else is good to go, if for any reason for example weather temperatures we will be sure to let you know.

How is the meat sent out to make sure it stays at the correct temperature?

All meat orders will be sent in a sealed insulated bag with ice packs to keep your delivery at the correct temperature.

What shall I do with my meat delivery once it arrives to keep it at its best?

Pop the meat that your going to use into the fridge straight away to keep it nice and chilled and any that you might not use within 8 days of receiving your delivery pop into the freezer.

Is there a minimum order value?

Our minimum order is £10.

Discounts

When using one of our discount codes, the discount will be applied to your order. If using a discount code for a repeat/subscription order the discount will be taken off the first order only and any repeat orders will be charged without the discount being taken off.

Please note some discount maybe open ended and you are able to use them as many times as you like when placing new order but some may expire on certain dates.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancelling your order is simple. All that you need to do is log into your account, manage your subscription and you can cancel or postpone your subscription orders.

 Is there a cancellation Policy?

Once your order has been placed and paid for, you will receive that order. If for any reason you have a subscription and for any reason you would no longer like this box, if payment has been taken for that order already, no refunds can be made. That order may not be cancelled but you may cancel the next one with no contract.
